Quality is our benchmark. DIRO and its networked law firms have their management and internal work processes regularly audited by external specialists. This ensures a uniform and internationally recognized quality standard. Especially in a changing legal market, we see a functioning QM system as a central success factor for our law firms and a reliable added value for our clients.
Quality is measurable
Quality standards in the field of certification are called norms. The standard used for the certification of DIRO law firms is DIN EN ISO 9001. We were the first network on the market to offer our law firms certification according to the latest version, DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. DIRO was certified for the first time as early as 1997.
