Nina Haverkamp Attorney
Nina Haverkamp is a founding Partner in AHS Lawyers. Nina’s practice focuses on business and corporate law, insolvency law, contract law and litigation. Nina gives advice and represents persons and companies from abroad in projects and litigations in Germany. Nina has a 20 years working experience as a lawyer and as a contract manager in international companies. She is a certified specialist in business and corporate law (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht) and a certified specialist in insolvency law (Fachanwalt für Insolvenzrecht). Nina has been advising American and other international companies througout her career. She has got a very sound knowledge of English.
Nina also acts as counsel to many private businesses and entrepreneurs on a day to day business, including drafting and negotiating contracts, collections, litigation. She has negotiated, prepared, and facilitated private mergers. Nina’s goals in preparing and reviewing contracts are twofold: 1) to ensure the client’s objectives and intent are properly reflected, and 2) to avoid litigation or uncertainty should a dispute or unforeseen circumstance arise by including the appropriate provisions on the front end. Nina has prepared and negotiated lease agreements, loan documents, shareholder agreements, asset purchase agreements. She gained her Master of Contract Management degree from Washington University.
