Krzysztof Łakomski
Krzysztof has extensive experience in providing day-to-day legal services to German-speaking clients and companies in the FMCG sector. In his practice, he advises clients at all stages of their business activities, in particular assisting entrepreneurs in drafting contracts and negotiating the terms and conditions of commercial transactions.
Krzysztof is goal-oriented. He understands that deleting a provision and leaving a "no agree" comment does not bring either party closer to an agreement. He is able to independently identify a problem and propose a solution, taking into account not only the law but also the business needs of his clients. Clients appreciate Krzysztof's flexibility, perseverance and his search for out-of-the-box solutions tailored to the specific case.
Krzysztof's professional interests include intellectual property law, food law and new technology law.
Krzysztof holds a dual Master's degree in International Relations and Law from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and postgraduate studies in New Technologies at the Kozminski University and Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Krzysztof is also a graduate of the School of German Law and the School of Austrian Law, organized by the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in cooperation with renowned foreign universities. Krzysztof also holds an LL.M. degree from the Jan Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany.
