Carole Beck Attorney

Attorney Beck offers her experience in the fields of employment law, civil and commercial litigation as well as debt recovery. She can also assist you with questions concerning tenancy law as well as traffic offences and other criminal law matters.

She is regularly appointed as bankruptcy trustee in bankruptcy cases and as liquidator in court-order liquidations by the commercial courts. Her experience in this field also enables her to advise and assist companies faced with a writ of bankruptcy.

During her law studies in Aix-en-Provence she acquired a Master I in Business Law as well as a Master II in Comparative Law from the University of Aix-Marseille.
In 2016, Ms Beck was sworn in and specialised in litigation matters, after gaining initial experience in corporate law. She was a member of the team at Wagener & Erpelding from January 2020 to April 2022.

After a brief stint as a self-employed lawyer, she returned to Wagener & Erpelding as a partner in September 2023.
