Claudine Erpelding Attorney, Partner
Attorney Erpelding offers her clients an experience acquired during thirty years of practice within the Luxembourg Bar. Her expertise mainly covers family law, including in particular divorces, cases of minor guardianship, youth protection, labor law as well as civil and commercial litigation. Her activities also lead her to regularly deal with questions in real estate law. She regularly assists children in proceedings concerning them and was a member of the ORK (Ombudscomité fir d´Rechter vum Kand), called now OKAJU.
Attorney Erpelding represents both individuals and companies that she assists with a constant concern for efficiency and proximity. She holds a master's degree in private law from the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg and was President of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau during the judicial year 2003/2004.
She was a member of the Council of the Bar Association of Luxembourg Bar from 2006 to 2008 and member of the Disciplinary and Administrative Council of the Luxembourg Bar from 2017 to 2021, and she is currently a member of the Family Law Commission of the Bar Council.
She is also a member of the Rotary Club Junglinster and Syrdall.
