Jil Feith Attorney

Attorney Jil Feith holds a Master I in European Law as well as a Master II in European Economic Law LL.M with a specialization in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law. She is also a graduate in criminology and victimology from the Institut Catholique de Paris, and holds a diploma in mediation from IFOMENE Paris, Institut de Formation à la médiation et à la négociation.

She was sworn in in September 2017, and has been practicing as an attorney in court since April 2020.

Before joining Wagener & Erpelding in September 2021, she spent 4 years working at a renowned law office in Luxembourg, where she gained solid experience in litigation.
Attorney Feith offers her experience in the fields of employment law and family law, with a particular focus on divorce, visiting rights and alimony. Other areas in which she specialises include tort law, criminal law and commercial criminal law, as well as contract law, human and fundamental rights and tenancy law.

Attorney Feith can communicate with you in Luxembourgish, German, French and English. Additionally, she also has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
Passionate about yoga and running, she enjoys spending her free time on her yoga mat or running races in Luxembourg and abroad.
