Cross-border insolvency cases almost inevitably raise a host of legal and practical problems. Their solution requires a high degree of expertise and practical experience. It requires dealing with issues of European law as well as with foreign legal systems and legal cultures.

The Practice Group " Cross-Border Insolvencies " within DIRO is dedicated to these issues.

In this practice group, experienced specialists in insolvency law and insolvency administration from various European countries regularly exchange information on current developments in this field of law.

The members of this practice group are available locally, also in cross-border teams, for DIRO members as well as for outsiders, in particular insolvency administrators, banks and other creditors.

DIRO Multisite Cookie

Usage measurement with Matomo

Geographical maps from OpenStreetMaps

Appointments with Calenso

We use the external service Calenso on our website. This serves the sole purpose of making appointments and group appointments bookable online. For this purpose, Calenso provides a web application for booking appointments.
