Mr.Tang Xiang is an equity partner of Shanghai Landing Law Firm, an juris master from Fudan University, a founding member of the ECAA, and one of the 591 professional foreign lawyers in China recognized in the China Foreign Lawyers Client Guide 2021.

Mr.Tang had been working for a leading German-Austrian business law firm since 2008 and was a partner of that firm. From 2020 to present, he joined Shanghai Landing Law Firm and has worked as an equity partner.

His practice areas focus on corporate M&A and investment and financing, foreign direct investment and direct investment outside China, offshore and domestic bond issuance, and international trade dispute resolution. The main industry sectors he specializes in are automotive, aircraft & vessel, and biopharmaceuticals & medical devices, etc.
