Malte Pszolla Legal Engineer

Malte Pszolla joined DIRO AG as a Legal Engineer in June 2026.

He combines legal expertise with technical know-how and brings experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, legal design, document automation, and digital process development.

At DIRO, he focuses on how law firms can effectively and practically implement AI and other digital technologies. His work includes testing and evaluating applications, developing standards and best practices, and supporting law firms in the introduction and use of AI solutions. In addition, he designs training programs and facilitates knowledge transfer throughout the network.

Malte is passionate about making new technologies more accessible, reducing barriers to adoption, and fostering a realistic understanding of their opportunities and limitations. The goal of his work is to leverage digital solutions in a way that simplifies processes, supports quality, and creates tangible added value for law firms.

In his free time, Malte is actively involved in athletics as both an athlete and a coach. He also enjoys photography.

Appointments with Calenso

We use the external service Calenso on our website.
