Artificial intelligence is on everyone's lips. Everyone knows how profoundly this technology will shape the way lawyers work. There is no question that integrating AI into our law firms is not only sensible, but increasingly necessary in order to reap the maximum benefits and avoid the potential disadvantages of falling behind the state of the art.
At the same time, we are aware of how challenging it is to introduce this technology alongside day-to-day business. Often, there is also a lack of the necessary technical expertise to optimize and make meaningful use of AI.
For this reason, we would like to actively support our members in the field of artificial intelligence.

With the DIRO AI Community, we are pursuing a central goal: to provide you, as DIRO members, with targeted support in integrating artificial intelligence into your everyday law firm work and promoting your AI expertise.
Why does the AI community exist?
AI is changing how we work, what we need to know, and what we need from each other. We launched the AI Community not to observe this change, but to shape it.
The goal is to make the entire law firm team proficient in using AI. We combine practical knowledge transfer with a targeted cultural change: employees are involved from the outset, reservations are dispelled, and an open, trusting learning atmosphere is created—regardless of prior technical knowledge or previous experience.
